Sometimes our challenges can be debilitating, and therapy can loosen the knot. My approach to therapy is targeted, strategic, and specific to you. We name the frustrating patterns, identify the core conflicts behind the patterns, then systematically address them.
The Method:
I select the model of counselling that best suits your unique needs, but the models I use most are Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Self Compassion.
