How much does therapy cost?

$150 per hour plus gst for individuals and couples. Sessions last a full one hour unless we agree otherwise.

Are you covered by insurance benefits?

These services are recognized by most major insurance providers in BC and across Canada, however I recommend confirming with your specific insurance provider to understand the details of your coverage.

Contact your insurance benefits provider and give them my professional association details of “Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists (#3985)” to confirm coverage.

All sessions are paid for by the client, and a receipt is given for reimbursement through your insurance benefits provider.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, cash, or e-transfer.

Cancelations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged in full.
